1. Refund Policy
Customer has to accept that when an order is placed, it will not be refunded by Turrext Cloud under any circumstances not covered by its refund policy.
If Customer tries to open a Claim with external services other than Turrext Cloud, such as PayPal, Turrext Cloud may delete and/or disable their services without warning.
Customer will be refunded by Turrext Cloud if the ordered service is out of stock at time of order.
Disturbances and Downtimes that are not caused by Turrext Cloud will not be covered, such as customer misconfiguration, or DDoS Attacks on the network.
In case of technical problems, Customer needs to report to Turrext Cloud Support, and Turrext Cloud Team needs enough time to fix.
Customer is responsible for running and configuration of his services, and refunds will not be entertained to those who do not know how to use their service.
Refunds will only be made through Turrext Cloud, like Ticket or other Support Systems, and be processed in 10 business days.
We don't guarantee refunds of any sorts not covered in our refund policy.


2. Liability
Turrext Cloud is not Responsible for your Data, Your Data is your responsibilty, we encourage you to take backups. Turrext Cloud takes no responsibily for your Data or Loss of Data.
In case of your service having or possesing Illegal Software, or engaging in Illegal activites, we reserve the right to terminate your service without warning.
We are not Obliged to Provide Refunds for any violation of our ToS, or for any reasons not covered by our Refund Policy.


3. Advertising or Promotion
Promoting other Hosting or anything without permission of Turrext Cloud is strictly prohibited.
We take no responsibility that Promotion codes will last as long as their listing period.


4. Suspension of Services and Lack of payment
Turrext Cloud reserves the right to suspend and delete your services and data after 3 days of Late Payment, but data will not be deleted until after 7 days of Late payment.
5. Misuse and resposibility
Turrext Cloud Will not be responsible for what the customer is hosting, for any misuse, or violation of ToS from the customers service, customer will take all responsibility for all actions done from their service.
Turrext Cloud terminate services that host illegal content or illegal applications and remove them aswell.


6. Force majeure
Neither side will be forced to fulfill its obligations in case of a force majure, or unforseeable circumstances that that prevent someone form fulfilling a contract, these include but are not limited do: natural disaster, war, machine damage, power outages, maintainence or DDoS Attacks.


7. Support
Turrext Cloud offers support for its products and services, but not for external software, products, and/or services.


8. Servers (GAME, VPS, other Turrext Cloud Cloud Services)
In case of Late Payment, Turrext Cloud reserves the right to shut down the server, and remove all of its data after 7 days.
Spam from the server including attacks, or attempt to damage computers, networks or machines is not allowed and will cause termination of service without refund.
Mining of Crypto or any kind of illegal activity will lead to termination of service without refund.
Running the server at above 90% cpu for extended periods (serveral hours) can lead to termination.
Customer is not allowed to host illegal software, scripts, such as child porn, DDoS scripts, or copyrighted content.


9. Changes to TOS
Turrext Cloud is Allowed to Change the Terms of Services at any time.

Violation of any of these ToS can lead to termination of service without refund.

Settings
